the room was perfectly cleaned each day. the shower had great pressure. the staff was very helpful. i appreciated the 24-hour front desk and left my key each time i went out.
the wi-fi connection was occasionally unreliable.

the staff was very friendly and polite. they are very cooperative too. the location was great with a nice brasserie nearby and good transport links. the room had a fantastic view.
the sink was blocked. the bathroom curtain was very dirty. i think the smell all around wasn't pleasant. i am really surprise how this hotel got 3 star.

The hotel has a great location near transportation and shops. staff members were nice and friendly. the room was simple and sufficient for my needs. i was on the sixth floor and found a balcony outside the bathroom. It was a nice surprise

the room was very clean each day. the staff took security seriously which was reassuring. the queen bed was a pleasant surprise since i expected two single beds pushed together! staff could speak multiple languages, which helped a lot.
the room only had one plug socket, a slight inconvenience.
