The location was indeed convenient, close to the metro station, though it's not central, it has good access to attractions. the staff provided helpful service. the rooms are spacious and clean. I found this quite a positive experience overall!

the staff was very friendly and polite. they are very cooperative too. the location was great with a nice brasserie nearby and good transport links. the room had a fantastic view.
the sink was blocked. the bathroom curtain was very dirty. i think the smell all around wasn't pleasant. i am really surprise how this hotel got 3 star.

great location friendly staff
The hotel has a great location near transportation and shops. staff members were nice and friendly. the room was simple and sufficient for my needs. i was on the sixth floor and found a balcony outside the bathroom. It was a nice surprise

surprisingly good!
clean room security measure queen bed multilingual staff
the room was very clean each day. the staff took security seriously which was reassuring. the queen bed was a pleasant surprise since i expected two single beds pushed together! staff could speak multiple languages, which helped a lot.
the room only had one plug socket, a slight inconvenience.
